À propos de l'événement
Freely adapted from the collection of Kalila and Dimna by Abdellah ibn al-Muqaffa, these fables have, among other things, inspired Jean de la Fontaine. Traditionally, they cradled the ears of children from the Maghreb and the Arab world. The translation from the Arabic language into prose merges with the rhymes of Jean la Fontaine.
Kalila, the sage, tries to convince Dimna, the ambitious, not to interfere in the affairs of the royal court ... without success because Dimna creates discord. Jackals, lions, turtles, monkeys, elephants and other animals twirl around and meet to lead the public - of all ages - on incredible adventures.
The sounds and rhythms of the oud and the guembri, in funny and facetious stories that travel across borders, intersect with the mad wisdom of the world.
