Dominique Delorme, dancer and choreographer, has pursued an international career for 30 years. In addition to grants from the French Ministry of Culture and the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he received the Villa Medicis Hors-les-Murs Prize, to carry out research on karanas, dance techniques dating from the 4th century BC, which disappeared during nearly 7 centuries.

Nandanar was born untouchable, the door of the temple is closed to him, and the image of God Shiva is forbidden. His only freedom is the secret word which flies from his heart to his God. Immediate then the meeting and the union of the disciple and the beloved. Initiated in 1985, his long career as a dancer forged with the great masters of Madras, as a researcher, as an innovative choreographer, made him one of the pioneers of Bharata Natyam outside India.
