A disciple of master Shankar Behera and Madhavi Mudgal, Mahina runs her own school in Paris and gives multiple shows. She is renowned for the rigor and elegance of her style as well as for her teaching through which she trains the members of her company. She organized the Movements Emouvants festival in which artists representing the different styles of India participated.
